French Indo Canada Update

Our wonderful banh mi and poutine truck, French Indo Canada has decided to call it a day and hang up their propane tanks. Owner, Rob Ross is looking forward to a new career in real estate. But before he goes he's throwing a huge going away brunch Sunday, Feb. 2nd from 11-3  at one of our favorite watering holes, Seidenfaden's Cafe at 1134 East Breckenridge.  Come join us and celebrate his departure in style.  We sure will miss those amazing creations! Good luck in your new endeavors!

I mean, who's going to make us dishes like this now??  (Miso buttered hash browns w/ sriracha maple glaze, red eye aioli, bonito and furikake, eggs and bacon.)

*on a related note, along with his signature dishes the truck itself will also be on the menu Sunday.  If interested in buying it to start your own food truck adventure feel free to contact Rob at
